Chrissey Ladd

An unsung heroine in our community, Chrissey Ladd exemplifies The Career Wardrobe’s mission and vision for women. She works every day to use her personal experience of overcoming obstacles to inspire and challenge women to conquer their own obstacles and to create and achieve new goals.

Chrissey describes her life philosophy this way: “If I come across a locked door, I never give up on opening it; I try to find the person holding the key. And for so many women in transition, The Career Wardrobe is that key.”

Chrissey has been volunteering with The Career Wardrobe for more than four years, and her Gateway to Success educational seminars are the most well received of any of our client programming. She began her career mentoring women almost fifteen years ago and offers a unique perspective in matters of financial literacy, leadership, and personal and professional development.

Chrissey says of her commitment to The Career Wardrobe, “The Career Wardrobe provides tools to assist women in finding their happy ending where life challenges have set them back at chapter one. I chose The Career Wardrobe because my donations provide services to the most deserving and most driven women who simply suffered a life setback.”

As Assistant Vice President of Audubon Savings Bank and Curriculum Developer and Education Manager for Notary Power, LLC, she continues to give back to her community by serving her local PTA, South Jersey Bankers Association, the National Notary Association, and the New Jersey Notary Association.

Chrissey resides in Haddon Township New Jersey with her husband and five children, ages 7 to 21.
