Referral Partner Membership At a Glance

The Career Wardrobe's Referral Partner Membership options are designed to meet your program and clients' specific needs. 

Review the options below and contact us to sign up!  Email Kristen or Heather via partner@careerwardrobe.org. 

NOTE:  EARN Centers, County Assistance Offices and Job Specific Skills Training programs run by DPW/BETP are not eligible for Referral Partner Membership.  Please email partner@careerwardrobe.org to discuss access for your clients.

 Full Ensemble Membership

Annual Fees: $1,000: For-Profit Programs or $500: Non-Profit Programs

• Access to all Career Wardrobe programs:
  • Dressing and Image Consultation Program (see below)
  • Gateway to Success Monthly Professional Development Seminars (1 seminar/month from September-June)
  • Client Help Desk Resume Review and Preparation
  • Professional Women's Network Events
  • On-Site “Suit Up!” workshops: discounted rates for members

• Dressing and Image Consultation Program benefits:
  • Participants receive a week's worth of clothing: 1 interviewing outfit/suit and  3 additional outfits split across 2 appointments
    • Matching suit with blouse/shirt.
    • Six additional separates to combine into a week's worth of work outfits.
    • Accessories to compliment outfit: shoes, stockings, scarf, handbag, jewelry.
  • All appointments scheduled within 24-48 hours of request.
  • Emergency appointments (up to 5 emergency appointments per month).
  • Refer up to 150 clients in the membership year (June - July).
  • Ten (10) 50% off discount cards for The Wardrobe Boutique. Use these for staff, client incentives, anyone to show your appreciation!

Accessory Membership

Suggested Annual Fee: $100

• Access to all Career Wardrobe Dressing Program ONLY

• Dressing and Image Consultation Program benefits:
  • Two appointments: 1st while interviewing and 2nd once employed.
  • Matching suit with blouse/shirt.
  • Six additional separates to combine into a week's worth of work outfits.
  • Accessories to compliment outfit: shoes, stockings, scarf, handbag, jewelry.
  • Two (2) 50% off discount cards for The Wardrobe Boutique for programs paid in full ($100).  Use these for staff, client incentives, anyone to show your appreciation!
• Limitations:
  • No same day or "emergency appointments" available.
  • Refer up to 5 clients per month.
  • Open to non-profit programs only.
  • Refer up to 50 clients in the membership year (June - July).

Individual Membership

Designed to allow college students, women in entry-level positions and those undergoing self-directed job search access to The Career Wardrobe.

Annual Fee: $50

• Access to all Career Wardrobe programs:
  • Dressing and Image Consultation Program
  • Gateway to Success professional developments seminars
  • Client Help Desk Resume Review and Preparation
  • Professional Women's Network events
  • Participants receive Discount Card - 20% off purchases at The Wardrobe Boutique for a year.

• Dressing and Image Consultation Program benefits:
  • During first visit participants receive 1 interview outfit and 2 work appropriate outfits consisting of:
    • Matching suit with blouse/shirt.
    • Six additional separates to combine into a week's worth of work outfits.
    • Accessories to compliment outfits: shoes, scarf, handbag, jewelry.
